Aperol Rosé Spritz

As soon as summer hits, I always seem to find myself with an Aperol spritz in hand. The notes of bright orange and vanilla, along with a slightly bitter finish have me feeling like I'm on an Italian holiday. Our recipe for Aperol Rosé Spritz lends more of a spring vibe and creates a beautiful cocktail that's perfect and easy to serve at any of your spring events. - B

Ingredients:

• 4 oz Sparkling Rosé

• 3 oz Aperol

• 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

• Splash of soda or sparkling water

• Optional 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup or Agave to give a sweeter cocktail.

Directions:

Fill a large glass with ice and add in all ingredients. Stir gently until well blended.

Top with fresh mint, citrus garnish, or edible floral for a festive spring look!
